Before you decide to have a service contract,, we strongly recommend that you request a free visit of our service engineer, in order to make an initial health check of your machines and provide you with the right offer.

Service contracts

Service contracts cover a period of 1 to 2 years, depending on the application, during which we undertake the execution of all scheduled service jobs.
This period can be automatically extended, when it expires.
Service is planned every 2000 or 4000h hours of operation and in periods that must not exceed 6 months or 1 year.
Service visits include oil change, air filter, oil filter, oil separator replacement-where applicable-check and replacement of shaft sealing elements, check and replacement of peripheral wear parts and transmission belts.
During every service visit, a full check of the machine is performed, including check of oil condition and oil leaks, belt tensioning and alignment, check of operation of safety valve and adjustment, measurement of vibrations and bearings health check, pressure, temperature and power draw measurements.
Our service contract includes all costs for spare parts, labour and travel, with presence of our technician at 6 month intervals.
Upon agreement, our technician can be on site at 3 month intervals, so that your own involvement in supervision is kept at minimum.
Between scheduled visits, our technicians are available to be on site on agreed reaction time, whenever needed or when damage occurs.
No charges are applied if the intervention is covered by the warranty of parts or labour within the object of the contract.

Service contracts guarantee the high performance and longevity of your investment and give you a peace of mind.

Service Level Agreement can be formulated, including preferencial response time on site, frequency of scheduled service visits, obligation to keep available replacement machine, even full warranty for zero downtime of the covered machine and other benefits.
