PCM LAGOA series pumps are PTFE diaphragm dosing pumps with adjustable-flow piston. They are a simple and reliable solution for the dosing of a wide range of chemicals that are applicable to the food industry, in wastewater treatment plants as well as in the chemical and cosmetic industries.

How It Works

The pumps consist of a membrane connected to a piston, whose reciprocating motion fills and empties the pump head in succession.

Step # 1: The backward motion of the membrane opens the valve at the bottom of the pump and allows fluid to enter and fill the head.

Step # 2: The forward motion of the membrane closes the valve at the bottom of the pump while simultaneously opening the valve at the top of the pump and pushing the fluid outward.

With a single head (Simplex) supply up to 315l / h.
With two or three simultaneous operating heads (Duplex or Triplex) up to 630 or 945 l / h respectively.
Single-phase or three-phase electric motor.
Manual regulator with manual piston stroke adjustment
Frequency converter adjustment by varying engine speed, or by servomotor.
