Liquid ring vacuum pump for masterbatch plastic extruder

Vacuum is applied in plastic extruders to ensure a homogeneous product without air bubbles and irregularities.
This applies to any plastic product as pipes, profiles and generally in any plastic material provided in an “endless” longitudinal form.
In the case of the example a liquid ring vacuum pump with florae of 125m3/h and installed power of 4kW is applied on an extruder to produce PVC master batch in various colours.
